Committee of Adjustment hearings are held on the third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at the County Administration Building.

Before you make an application, you must consult with Planning Department staff. Staff will be able to explain the process, outline the submission requirements, and list any other applicable permits and approvals that may be required.
