How to submit your development applicationOnline Portal
Visit the Norfolk Permits Portal and make your application online. CityView Portal
Electronically submit your permit documents to [email protected].
As of January 1, 2024, email applications will no longer be accepted (with the exception of Committee of Adjustment Applications, they will be accepted until March 31, 2024). Please use the Norfolk CityView Portal or bring your application to our office in Simcoe at 12 Gilbertson Administration Building (GAB), 12 Gilbertson Drive

Fees
Planning application development fees are not required with the submission of your completed and signed development application. Your planning application fee will be determined by the planner when your application has been verified and deemed complete. Prepayments will not be accepted.
