On Tuesday, April 2, Norfolk County will reopen the County Administration Building at 50 Colborne Street South in Simcoe, with ServiceNorfolk, the County’s customer service team, providing in-person customer service on the first floor.

ServiceNorfolk’s business hours in Simcoe will remain the same, with the in-person service counter open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The doors on Talbot Street South will be open for customers to enter during business hours.

ServiceNorfolk will continue to offer in-person service at the Delhi Administration Building (DAB), at 183 Main Street of Delhi in Delhi, Tuesday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Starting Tuesday, April 2, the in-person ServiceNorfolk service counter at the Robinson Administration Building in Simcoe will be closed.

The following customer-facing services are also relocating and will be available at their new location starting Tuesday, April 2.

Building, Planning, and Zoning

The Planning, Building, and Zoning departments are moving to the Gilbertson Administration Building at 12 Gilbertson Drive in Simcoe. Staff will be available for in-person customer service at the service counter shared with the Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit and Haldimand-Norfolk Social Services and Housing.

Starting Tuesday, April 2, the in-person Building, Planning, and Zoning service counter on the second floor of the Robinson Administration Building in Simcoe will be closed.

Asset Management, Engineering, and Environmental Services

The Asset Management, Engineering, and Environmental Services departments are moving to the Gilbertson Administration Building at 12 Gilbertson Drive in Simcoe.

Other customer-facing services

All other customer-facing Norfolk County services will continue to operate in their current location.
