Norfolk County is looking for public input on its recent water and wastewater rate study.
The County has launched a website that includes a survey and a short presentation, which will help residents to better understand the water and wastewater services provided by the County, the increased level of funding required to maintain and operate the infrastructure and the proposed changes to user fees in order to address the current funding gap.
The survey results will give the County the opportunity to learn more about the service users while allowing those who participate to voice their opinions.
