Norfolk County is reminding residents of the virtual public meeting to discuss the 2022 budget.
Details of the meeting were outlined in the budget survey, that was available for residents to participate in from September 17 to October 1.
The meeting is scheduled for:
October 20 – 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
County staff will give an overview of the budget-setting process and be available to answer questions about the many factors that influence a municipal budget.
Feedback gathered from the session will be provided to Council in advance of upcoming budget deliberations.
Capacity is limited to a maximum of 245 participants per session, so those interested in attending are asked to register in advance by October 19.
