Norfolk County will only consider a paid parking ticket dispute claim where it can be documented that a paying customer entered an incorrect license plate number into the paid parking system in error. The municipality is under no obligation to cancel a parking ticket based on the submission of this form alone. A vehicle owner charged with a Provincial Offences parking offence always has the right to have the matter heard at the Ontario Court of Justice, one of the options listed on the back of your parking ticket.
