Norfolk County is providing each business with access to the Visit Norfolk platform for use at such user’s own risk. All Terms of Use as published by Visit Norfolk shall also be applicable in addition to the terms and provisions herein. Norfolk County assumes no responsibility or liability with regard to such use and Norfolk County does not make any warranties or representations of any nature whatsoever with regard to such use. Norfolk County is merely an intermediary facilitating this service and any concerns by a business must be addressed by the business with any user directly. Each business shall proceed at their own risk and each business shall also be responsible to fully comply with the Terms of Use as posted from time to time by Visit Norfolk. Each business, by such use, hereby indemnifies Norfolk County in the event that the business breaches such terms of use and Visit Norfolk makes a claim against the County with regard to such breach.
