May 16 was a unique day for the Corporation of Norfolk County. Employees were able to wear casual clothing with a donation to RISE. An anti-poverty group, RISE partnered with the Norfolk County Public Library Simcoe Branch to create the ‘Little Pantry’, a place where needy residents can take what they require. Items donated included toothpaste, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and feminine hygiene products.

Residents wishing to donate items can do so at Norfolk County Public Library branches.
