Norfolk County undertook the Lakewood Elementary School In-Service Road Safety Review in 2025 in response to community concerns regarding speeding, intersection stop compliance, and pedestrian safety surrounding the Port Dover school.

The County is inviting community members to the Drop-In Public Information Centre (PIC) to engage with Engineering staff on the findings of the report and to share public feedback on the proposed countermeasures.
