Service Disruptions

Due to unexpected facility maintenance, the Delhi Arena is closed for the remainder of the day on Monday, September 14, 2026.

All trails in Norfolk County Woodlots C1, C9, C10 and SW3 are closed due to hunting activities from September 25 to December 31, 2026. Visitors looking for alternate trails can visit the Turkey Point Mountain Bike Club website or explore other Trails and Pathways throughout Norfolk County.

Planning and Realty Services will be unavailable in person at the Gilbertson Administration Building (GAB), 12 Gilbertson Drive, Simcoe, and by telephone and email on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Regular service will resume on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

Logging operations are taking place in Norfolk County Woodlot C4 from September 7 to December 31, 2026. All trails within the woodlot are closed during this period for public safety.

Norfolk County is advising residents that the reopening of the Annaleise Carr Aquatic Centre (ACAC) pool has been delayed, and the facility will not reopen in September as originally planned.

The public beach access point at 115B Woodstock Avenue is closed effective August 21, 2026. The access point is not expected to reopen during the 2026 season. Staff will make best efforts to reopen the access point in spring 2027.

Simcoe Recreation Centre is currently experiencing internet connectivity issues on August 19, 2026. As a result, telephone service, Wi-Fi access, and internet-dependent services are temporarily unavailable while staff work to restore service.

The ServiceNorfolk customer service counter at the Delhi Administration Building will be closed for the day on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
