Service Disruptions

The ServiceNorfolk customer service counter at the Delhi Administration Building will be closed for the day on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Update: Maintenance activities at the Port Dover Water Treatment Plant have been completed, and normal operations have been restored. The Port Dover Bulk Water Depot is now open and available for use.

Planning and Realty Services will be unavailable in person at the Gilbertson Administration Building (GAB), 12 Gilbertson Drive, Simcoe, and by telephone and email on Thursday, July 30. Regular service will resume on Friday, July 31.

Update: Internet connectivity has been restored. Due to internet connectivity issues at the Robinson Street Administration Building, the Provincial Offences Administration (POA) counter is closed, and in-person services are unavailable. Limited service remains available by email and telephone, although response times may be delayed. Staff are working to restore full service as quickly as possible.

Update on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 11 a.m. - Due to smoke-related air quality concerns, all programming at Delhi Kinsmen Pool has been cancelled today (Friday, July 17, 2026).

Thursday, July 16, 2026, the Delhi Kinsmen Pool has reopened, and all public swims, lessons, aquatic fitness classes and registered programs are running as scheduled.

Due to poor air quality resulting from smoke in the area, the Delhi Kinsmen Pool is closed effective 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Update: Tuesday, July 21, water has been restored.

Effective immediately, some water taps at Delhi Cemetery are temporarily out of service until further notice. Alternate taps are available nearby.

UPDATE: The pool and splash pad will reopen today (July 2) at 10:00 a.m.
