Norfolk County residents are reminded that most County services – and all County buildings – will not be available on Civic Holiday on Monday, August 4, 2025. The following is a list of impacted services and closures:
UPDATE: The work planned for the Waterford Lions Park play area from July 31, 2025, to August 8, 2025, has been postponed.
Norfolk County invites residents to help shape the 2026 municipal budget by sharing their input on key services and projects such as roads, parks, housing, and emergency services.
The Norfolk County Fire Department is recruiting local volunteer firefighters.
Stations requiring new team members include Port Dover, Waterford, Teeterville, Courtland, Fairground, Port Rowan, Langton, St. Williams, and Vittoria. No previous experience is required, and all training and certification are free of charge.
