Your new collection schedule
- Organic waste (green cart) and recycling will be collected every week
- Garbage (grey cart) will be collected every other week (bi-weekly)
- All waste must be at the road by 7:00 a.m. on your collection day

Properties with a new collection day
When the new waste program starts on Monday, September 28, 2026:
- Waterford will move to Monday collection days (previously Friday)
- Silver Lake area in Port Dover will move to Wednesday collection days (previously Tuesday)
- A few other properties are also changing days to make collection more efficient
We've mailed letters about these changes to affected property owners. Collection day will not change for all other areas.
