Cart delivery updates - September 25, 2026
Delivery schedule
Waste cart deliveries were completed across Norfolk County on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
Missed cart delivery
Property owners who have not received their carts should submit a missed cart delivery service request. Contracted staff will complete deliveries as soon as possible, based on priority.
Damaged cart repair
If carts are damaged, property owners should submit a damaged cart repair service request. Norfolk Disposal will provide details on when to set the cart out.
Incorrect cart delivery
Property owners can submit an incorrect cart service request. Norfolk Disposal will email when to set the cart out. Exchanges may take a few weeks, and residents are asked to use what they have now until the exchange is complete.

Property owners can request a cart change starting December 1, 2026. Read more about cart options.
