South Walsingham Transfer Station Closed
Monday, May 26 to Saturday, May 31
Due to a weigh scale installation, the South Walsingham Transfer Station will be closed from Monday, May 26, to Saturday, May 31. It will reopen on Monday, June 2, at 10 a.m. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Norfolk County's Transfer Stations provide residents with two convenient locations for waste disposal.

Fees
For the following Transfer Station fees, visit User Fees:
- Tipping Fee - per Tonne
- South Walsingham Transfer Station Minimum fee / each visit
- Simcoe Transfer Station Minimum fee / each visit
- Excess Load Charge - Tipping in Excess of 1 Tonne
Any disposal of more than 1 tonne is subject to excess load fees of up to 3 tonnes per day.
Payment can be made using Mastercard, Visa, or Debit. Cash is not accepted.

Acceptable waste
- Yard waste – Free
- Brush (1 inch in diameter or larger) – Tipping fee applies
- Mixed loads – Tipping fee applies
- Metal (for recycling) – Tipping fee applies
- Wood (for recycling) – Tipping fee applies
- Tires – 10 tires per visit. You can also find another location near you using Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA)

- Insulation must be double-bagged for disposal
