Report a missed cart delivery
If your property has not received its waste carts by the end of the scheduled delivery period for your area, please submit a service request using Norfolk County's online form.
Before submitting a request:
- Check the delivery schedule for your area on this page
- Deliveries may occur at any time during the scheduled delivery window
- If you requested a small grey garbage cart and have not received it, please see the delivery update before reporting a missed delivery
Report an incorrect cart delivery
If you requested a small grey garbage cart during the cart request period, but received a standard grey garbage cart instead, please submit an incorrect cart delivery request.
Please keep the incorrect cart on your property and do not leave it at the roadside. Staff will contact you to confirm the details of the cart exchange.

If you requested a small grey garbage cart during the cart request period and only received a green organics cart, please be patient. Due to a delivery delay, some small grey garbage carts will be delivered in the coming weeks.
