Problems with your garbage or organics cart? Report damaged, stolen, or missing carts here so waste collection service can continue without interruption.
Damaged carts may not work properly with automated collection trucks. If your grey or green cart is broken, submit a service request to arrange for repairs or a replacement.
If your cart is missing or has been stolen, submit a service request. Each cart is assigned to a specific address through a unique serial number, which helps staff identify and return carts to their proper location when possible.
