Commissioning is available at ServiceNorfolk locations, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The cost for this service is $23.65. Attend our office in person in order to have your document commissioned.

Domestic and foreign pensions
Commissioning of pension documents, also known as Proof of Life, is free of charge. The Deputy Clerk provides services by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Appointments are available at County offices, and staff can also visit Norfolk County residents at home or in care facilities such as nursing homes to commission domestic and foreign pension documents.
