A library card: Your key to endless possibility

Unlock a world of knowledge, entertainment, and community with a Norfolk County Public Library Card! If you have identification that includes your name and address, you’re eligible for a free Library Card, giving you access to books, movies, MakerSpaces, and MORE. If you don’t have an address, we offer virtual library cards so you can enjoy our Digital Library and Online Resources.
