Experience free guided group walks, exploring the beauty of Norfolk County, rain or shine!
From May to October, these weekly walks explore a variety of trails, pathways, parks, and conservation areas across the County.

Indoor Walking Program
Walk along to music to stay in shape, have fun and meet new friends.
Before you arrive:
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own ankle/hand weights and lap trackers
- Indoor shoes are required (outdoor shoes are not permitted)
- Be sure to bring a refillable water bottle

- Wednesdays
- Fridays

- 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
- 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
