The Port Dover Bulk Water Depot will be unavailable from Monday, March 23, 2026, to Friday, March 27, 2026, to complete routine maintenance. 

Effective Monday, February 16, service at the Port Rowan Bulk Water Depot is temporarily unavailable due to ice‑related operational limitations.

Update: The Annaleise Carr Aquatic Centre pool will reopen today (Thursday, March 12) at 12:15 p.m. for drop‑in sessions.

Haldimand and Norfolk Housing and Social Services (HNHSS) is launching its redesigned website at hnhss.ca, Wednesday, February 11, beginning at 11:00 a.m. 

On Saturday, February 7, Norfolk County will experience a planned IT network infrastructure outage from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During this time, internet access, some phone services, and several digital services at County facilities will be temporarily unavailable.

The Waterford Public Library is temporarily closed due to a frozen pipe that caused minor water damage. Cleanup and mechanical work are underway, and the branch will remain closed until Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
