Service Disruptions

The customer service desk at the Simcoe Recreation Centre is out of service today, December 3, 2025.

Customers and staff may experience difficulties processing payments through Xplor due to a system-wide issue. Transactions may fail or take longer than usual to complete.

Haldimand and Norfolk Social Services and Housing office (Dunnville location) closed today and in-person services are unavailable, due to inclement weather.

Due to the snow day occurring in our area, there are several changes to recreation programs on Friday, November 28

The Building Division services will be temporarily impacted on the morning of Friday, November 28. 

UPDATE: The issue with our phone system has been resolved. 

The Norfolk County POA Administration office will be closed to in-person service on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

The Simcoe Kinsmen Play Park will be closed from October 21 to December 1, 2025 due to installation of a new playground surface.

Water service to the west end of Delhi Cemetery (Swimming Pool Road side) has been shut off due to a water line break.

Ride Norfolk service will be unavailable from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
