Norfolk County is aware of recent public inquiries, social media discussions, and media coverage regarding a boundary adjustment that would see the Norfolk Mall property at 400 Simcoe Street, Tillsonburg, incorporated into the Town of Tillsonburg.

Norfolk County is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2025 Heritage & Culture Dogwood Awards, which recognize individuals and groups who have made exceptional contributions to preserving and promoting local heritage.

Norfolk County is pleased to announce the opening of a new disc golf course at Wind-Del Park.  
 
To celebrate, a Grand Opening Event will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the park, located at 3178 Regional Road 25, Windham Centre, Ontario. The first 20 attendees will receive a Norfolk County-branded putter disc, and all attendees can enter a draw for a full set of PDGA-approved glow-in-the-dark discs made from recycled plastic. 
 

Norfolk County is preparing its 2026 municipal budget and is encouraging residents to learn more about the process and understand recent changes to how budgets are developed in Ontario municipalities.

Norfolk County is undertaking a technical update to its Official Plan to align with the Province of Ontario’s New Provincial Planning Statement that came into effect on October 20, 2024.

Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) are currently on strike, resulting in a temporary suspension of postal services across the country. Norfolk County is advising residents and businesses to take immediate steps to avoid service disruptions and late payment penalties. 

Norfolk County residents are reminded that most County services, and all County buildings, will not be available on Thanksgiving Monday, October 13, 2025.
