This notice is to inform the public about the pending reconstruction of Harbour Street Reconstruction and Street Scaping in Port Dover.

Norfolk County is pleased to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, norfolkcounty.ca. The updated website offers residents, customers, and visitors an improved online experience with a modern, user-friendly interface.

Norfolk County’s Community Grants Program will be accepting applications from February 1 to February 28, 2025. The program remains unchanged from last year, with a streamlined and transparent application process designed to align with Norfolk County’s Strategic Priorities.

Upgrades are scheduled for the Port Rowan Water Treatment Plant, located at 4 Archibald Drive in Port Rowan, to replace obsolete equipment, improve treatment process efficiency, and delivery high quality water according to the Safe Drinking Water Act regulatory requirements. These upgrades will restore the rated capacity, provide full back-up capacity, and support long-term growth. This project is a priority within the approved Capital Delivery Plan.    

TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Corporation of Norfolk County intends to consider and adopt the Proposed 2025 Levy Operating Budget at its Budget Committee Meetings.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING concerning an amendment to the Norfolk County Community Improvement Plan programs as part of a plan, area and policies established pursuant to the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, C.P.13.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of Norfolk County approved the following Planning Applications on November 19, 2024:

Pursuant to the Planning Act R.S.O. 1990, C.P.13, concerning an amendment to the County Zoning By-Law 1-Z-2014 regarding amendments to update the Norfolk County By-Law.

Norfolk County residents and community members are invited to apply to serve as a volunteer on the following Boards and Committees:

• Recreation and Parks Advisory Committee
• Norfolk Agricultural Advisory Committee
• Committee of Adjustment
• Norfolk County Public Library Board
