Important Notice for Microsoft Email Users
We are aware of a system-wide issue affecting the software platform that powers facility rentals, which is preventing emails from being delivered to Microsoft email addresses (Hotmail, Live, Outlook).
If you use a Microsoft email address and do not receive an email containing your facility rental confirmation, please contact Customer Service at Facility Booking at 519-426-5870, extension 1016, or by emailing facility.bookings@norfolkcounty.ca.
Users with other email providers should not be affected.
Norfolk County has many facilities and spaces available to rent for sporting activities, meetings, parties, and special occasions.
