User fees help municipalities keep property tax costs down by ensuring that everyone does not pay for services only a few people use.

2026 User Fees

Norfolk County examines its user fees and the costs of providing services every year to see whether any changes are required. Fees can also change based on direction from the Council. Fees effective January 1, 2026, unless otherwise noted.
