Website Service Interruption – February 11

Haldimand and Norfolk Housing and Social Services (HNHSS) is launching its redesigned website at hnhss.ca. 

Date and time affected

• Wednesday, February 11, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
• Intermittent disruptions may occur throughout the day.

Impact on services

• Existing site pages at hnhousing.org, hnss.org, and hnhss.ca may be unavailable or slow to load while redirects are completed
• Online forms and applications may experience temporary interruptions
• The new website may experience limited functionality during initial rollout
• Site search results may be  incomplete

Phone and in‑person services are not affected.

Service will resume once the transition is complete. Thank you for your patience as we upgrade our online services.
