Notice is hereby given that a public meeting of Council is scheduled to consider passage of a by-law proposing to close and convey a portion of the following municipal road allowance:

Part Lot 3, Concession 11, Charlotteville; Part Lot 4, Block 17, Plan 37B being Part 1 on Reference Plan 37R7352; Norfolk County (Being Part of P.I.N. 50194-0148 (LT)

At its meeting, the County Council will hear from anyone affected by the closing. Interested parties wishing to participate electronically or in person may register through the County’s website before noon on July 2, 2025.

Interested parties may also provide written submissions before noon on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
