Norfolk County receives 2025 Excellence in Economic Development Award
Norfolk County has been recognized with a 2025 Excellence in Economic Development Award from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
Norfolk received the Bronze Award in the General Purpose Website category for communities with a population of 25,000 to 200,000, in recognition of its norfolkbusiness.ca website.
Norfolk County will be honoured at the IEDC 2025 Annual Conference in Detroit, Michigan, September 14-17.
Each year, IEDC honours economic development organizations, government entities, initiatives, and programs that consistently demonstrate excellence in the field. The honourees lead transformational projects that revitalize communities and advance the practice of economic development.
