UPDATE: July 7, 2025 - The Heat Alert issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada on July 4, 2025, has been terminated. 

Environment and Climate Change Canada has issued a Heat Warning for Norfolk County with dangerously hot and humid conditions expected. A Heat Warning is issued when daytime temperatures reach 31°C or higher, overnight lows remain at 20°C or higher, or the humidex exceeds 40, for two or more consecutive days. These conditions can pose serious health risks, especially for vulnerable populations.
