The County of Norfolk has undertaken a Municipally Initiated Official Plan Update as part of the 
Conformity Exercise to the Provincial Planning Statement 2024 that came into effect on October 20, 2024. The County is hosting an in-person Open House on October 22, 2025 and a hybrid Public Meeting of Council on December 16, 2025 to inform about the proposed amendments to the Official Plan in accordance with Section 26 of the Planning Act.

This notice is to provide public notification of the project award for the reconstruction of Ann and East Street in the town of Delhi.

Norfolk County (County) has initiated a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) for the Simcoe Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The Norfolk County Integrated Sustainable Master Plan (ISMP), finalized in September 2016, identified upgrades to the Simcoe WWTP’s solids handling processes, including utilizing biosolids storage tanks at the Simcoe WWTP to store biosolids from Port Dover and Port Rowan WWTPs based on a planning horizon year of 2041.

This notice is to inform the public about the pending full replacement of the bridge structure, at the Concession 3 Windham Bridge, located on Windham Road 3, approximately 1.0km east of Kelvin Road.
