Death Certificates
To obtain a death certificate you must submit an application online at ServiceOntario. The County does not provide death certificates.
Archived Death Records
The Office of the Registrar General has maintained death records in Ontario for the past 70 years. Information on older records can be obtained at the Archives of Ontario website or call 416-327-1593.
