Following a comprehensive review of Norfolk County’s Harmonized Business Licensing By-Law, we are able to present our new Business Licensing By-Law 2020-17, which received full Council approval on April 7, 2020.
Three key improvements to the County’s Business Licensing program include:
- Simplified fees for all businesses;
- Removal of barriers where possible; and,
- Clear and rational regulations where needed.

Regulations By-Law 2020-17 outlines the regulations that must be met when you apply for a business licence.
