How to Access Time-stamped Council and Committee Meeting Videos

Our new website offers the ability to "jump" to agenda topics on our recorded Public Hearing, Council-in-Committee, and Council meetings videos.

You can now easily skip to specific agenda items in our recorded Public Hearing, Council-in-Committee, and Council meetings. This feature is available for meetings from February 2025 onward and lets you quickly find and watch the topics that matter most to you.

You can find the time-stamped videos on the Council and Committee Meeting calendar:

• Agenda HTML pages: Available the day after the meeting
• Minutes HTML pages: Once minutes are approved

1. In the website menu, select Council, Administration and Government, and in the dropdown, select Council. 
2. On the Council page, select Council Meetings and Agendas.
3. On this page, select the "View Council and Committee Calendar" button.
   • TIP: From any page on our site, select the "Calendar" button along the top of the page to go direct to the Council and Committee Calendar. If you are on a smaller screen, open the menu by selecting the "hamburger" icon, and scroll down to the Calendar link.
     
     
4. To find the meeting you’re looking for, you can use the calendar to select a date and scroll down to see the meetings on that date. Or, you can use the search to choose a specific date range. You can also narrow the results by choosing a meeting type. Be sure to select the "Search" button to show the results.
5. Select the Agenda HTML or Minutes HTML link for a meeting. The agenda will open in a new window, and you will see the video appear on the screen.
6. Select the agenda item you want to view. The video will skip ahead to that point, and any related reports or documents will appear below it.
7. Select the "Play" button on the YouTube video to start the meeting at the point where the agenda item was discussed.
8. To view the video larger, select the "Full screen" icon. To go back to the agenda, hit the escape button on your keyboard or the "Exit full screen" button.
