The ServiceNorfolk customer service counter at the Delhi Administration Building will be closed for the day on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Residents can continue to access County services through the following options:

• Visit the ServiceNorfolk customer service counter at the County Administration Building in Simcoe (50 Colborne Street South) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Call ServiceNorfolk at 519-426-5870 or 226-NORFOLK, extension 0
• Submit service requests through Norfolk County's online service portal at service.norfolkcounty.ca 
• Visit norfolkcounty.ca to find information about programs and services 

Regular service at the Delhi Administration Building will resume on Tuesday, August 18, 2026.
