Public Hearing update: 289 Leamon Street application no longer scheduled for July 7

Norfolk County is advising residents that a previously anticipated planning item will no longer be presented at the upcoming Public Hearing Committee meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. 

The Zoning By-law Amendment application for 289 Leamon Street in Waterford will not be presented at the July 7 meeting, as the project has been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal. 

This update is being shared to ensure community members who were planning to attend or participate in relation to this application are aware that it is no longer on the agenda. The Public Hearing Committee meeting will still proceed as scheduled, and other planning applications will be heard. 

Updates regarding this application will be communicated as they become available.
