Staff presented an application to amend the zoning of a property on St. George Street in Port Dover from Urban Residential Type 1 to Urban Residential Type 4 with a holding provision, allowing for construction of four street townhouses. One deputation spoke in support. Several residents raised concerns regarding parking, neighbourhood character, green space, and traffic. The report was received for information. 

Reversion of Urban Residential Lands, Waterford – Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment (CDS-26-004 / OPNPL2025389 & ZNPL2025390)

Staff presented a County-initiated official plan and zoning by-law amendment to revert certain lands from Urban Residential to Agricultural and Parks/Open Space. No objections were received. The report was received for information. 

256 Main Street of Courtland – Zoning By-law Amendment (CDS-26-014 / ZNPL2025301)
