227 Decou Road, Simcoe – Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment
- The committee heard a proposal to develop approximately 20 hectares of vacant land into a residential subdivision, including a mix of single detached homes and townhouses

- A zoning by-law amendment was presented to permit a portion of the property to be used for an outdoor storage yard associated with an existing industrial operation

- The proposal seeks to rezone lands to allow for future residential uses on a vacant property currently used as open space
- The lands were recently subject to a conditional consent approval

1199 and 1213 Thompson Road East, Waterford – Zoning By-law Amendment
- The application would recognize reduced lot areas to facilitate a farm split

- The committee heard a proposal to develop 68 residential condominium units, including townhouse and semi-detached dwellings

Thompson Road, Waterford – Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision Redline Revision
- The proposal seeks to increase residential density by introducing townhouse units within an approved subdivision while maintaining existing buffers and road layout
