Reason

Norfolk County will be performing planned IT maintenance to support the installation of new hardware at the main data centre. This work requires a temporary network outage affecting several public‑facing services.

• Internet access at County facilities will be unavailable
• Some phone services will be temporarily unavailable
• Emergency elevator and fire system lines will remain operational

Recreation, Culture, and Museum Facilities

• No public Wi‑Fi at arenas, museums, and recreation centres
• Digital payments will be unavailable
• On‑site program registration will not be available
• Access to digital museum archives will be unavailable

Norfolk County Public Library

• All branches remain open
• Public access to computers, Wi‑Fi, and digital technology will be limited

Online services

• ENCORE and norfolkcounty.ca will remain available, as they operate off‑site
