Notice of Public Meeting on Tuesday, May 6, 2025

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting of Council is scheduled to consider passage of a 
by-law proposing to close and convey a portion of the following municipal road allowance in Port Rowan.

Applicants: Elizabeth Joann Jolly, Frank William Yalaksa, John Colin Cattle, Sharon Mariette 
Cattle and Kiel Cattle

At its meeting, County Council will hear from anyone affected by the closing. Interested parties 
wishing to participate electronically or in-person may register through the County’s website prior to 4:00 p.m. on May 5, 2025.

Interested parties may also provide written submissions prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, 
May 5, 2025.
