Purpose and Effect of Proposed By-Law Amendments
The purpose of the update is to ensure the By-law is aligned with current planning legislation and to update the By-law to add new definitions, update outdated definitions, correct technical errors, add and improve provisions, and add additional uses where appropriate.
Members of the public will have the opportunity to participate either with linkages to the online portal or by telephone. Online access and telephone access will be provided via the Clerks Department. If you are unable to make written submissions or would prefer to make an oral statement during the statutory public meeting, please email clerks@norfolkcounty.ca prior to noon on the day before the meeting to register. You will be provided further instructions on how you will connect during the virtual meeting.
