Norfolk County surplus vehicles now available for online auction

Norfolk County is offering surplus vehicles for sale through GovDeals, a secure and trusted online auction platform used by government agencies across North America.

When County vehicles are no longer needed for municipal operations, they are declared surplus and made available for public purchase. This process ensures transparency and provides residents and businesses with the opportunity to acquire used vehicles at competitive prices.

How to bid on vehicles up for auction

  • Visit govdeals.com and search for “Norfolk County” to view available listings.
  • Create a free account to place bids.
  • Auctions are time-limited, so interested buyers are encouraged to act promptly. The auction is open now and will close on November 12, 2025.
  • Winning bidders will be contacted directly through GovDeals to arrange payment and pickup.

View vehicles in person

Norfolk County will be hosting an in-person viewing opportunity on Saturday, November 8, 2025. To attend, please register in advance on govdeals.com by using the “Ask a Question” feature, located at the bottom of the individual listing page, under Q&A.
