Norfolk County’s Sarah Page to lead Grand Erie Public Health

Norfolk County announces that Sarah Page, General Manager of Emergency and Social Services, will be taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Grand Erie Public Health.

Over her 22-year career with Norfolk, Sarah has demonstrated exceptional strategic thinking and a strong ability to lead large, diverse teams with professionalism and respect. She progressed through several key roles, including Paramedic Chief and leader of Norfolk’s COVID-19 response, before becoming General Manager of Health and Social Services, and most recently, General Manager of Emergency and Social Services.

Effective July 14, Bill Nolan has been appointed Interim General Manager of Emergency and Social Services. Nolan brings extensive experience and leadership to the role and is working to ensure a smooth transition. A search for a permanent replacement will begin shortly.

Page’s final day with Norfolk County will be Friday, August 8, 2025.
