Norfolk County referring Ice Allocation Policy to February 2026 Council

At today’s Council-in-Committee meeting, Norfolk County Council directed staff to bring the Ice Allocation Report and Policy back to Council in February 2026.  

Council received numerous calls and emails from residents on the proposed Ice Allocation Policy. The decision, made as the meeting’s agenda was being reviewed, directs staff to return to Council in February 2026 after further review and consultation with user groups and stakeholders.
