Norfolk County receives increased Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund funding for 2026
Norfolk County is pleased to announce that its 2026 allocation under the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund (OCIF) increased by 10 per cent, bringing the funds received to $6.9 million.
The OCIF program provides annual, predictable funding to help small and rural municipalities renew and rehabilitate essential infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, water, and wastewater systems.
Norfolk County will use its allocation to advance priority projects identified in its asset management plan, ensuring long-term sustainability and resilience for residents.
Since 2018, Ontario has provided more than $2.8 billion through OCIF. Read more about the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund program.
