Nominations open for Norfolk County Agricultural Hall of Fame

The Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum is now accepting nominations for the Norfolk County Agricultural Hall of Fame.

Established in 2014, the Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to agriculture and rural development through both volunteer and professional efforts. The program honours a broad range of achievements, results, benefits, and innovations that have positively impacted the local agricultural community and beyond.

Past inductees represent a wide spectrum of agricultural involvement, including educators, journalists, artists, scientists, and policymakers who played a role in shaping the agricultural landscape in Norfolk County.

Nominations are reviewed annually by a committee, with selections made from submissions provided by the public. Community members are encouraged to nominate individuals who have demonstrated a lasting and meaningful impact on agriculture in Norfolk County.

Nomination forms are available online at norfolkheritage.ca/discover/awards or can be picked up in person at the Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum.

The deadline to submit a nomination is Saturday, June 28, 2025.
