Development Charge Background Study

Norfolk County is undertaking a Development Charge Background Study to guide how growth-related infrastructure is funded.

As part of this work, the County is inviting members of the development community and the public to attend an information session.

Information session

This session will provide an overview of development charges, including recent changes to the Development Charges Act and current best practices. County staff will be available to answer questions.

The study is in its early stages. This session will focus on housekeeping updates to the current Development Charge By-law 2019-100.
