Declaration of an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-Law Amendment

TAKE NOTICE of the Adoption of an Official Plan Amendment By-Law No. 2025-78 and Passing of a Zoning By-Law Amendment By-Law No. 2025-85  of the Corporation of Norfolk County, passed by the Council of the Corporation on October 28, 2025, was given in manner and form and to the persons and agencies prescribed by regulation made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under Subsection 28 of Section 17 and Subsection 18 of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13.

TAKE NOTICE that the twenty-day appeal period expired on December 2, 2025, and to date no notice of appeal of the By-Laws has been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk of Norfolk County.
