Teeterville Museum Property – Disposition Options

• Council approved the Port Rowan Harbour Marina Business Strategy, recognizing the marina as part of a community park, not a profit-driven marina 
• Proposed 5% boathouse transfer/sales fee was removed following discussion

• Council approved a new strategy focused on financial sustainability, improved customer service and governance changes that will be phased in over time
