Project Description

The Concession 3 Windham Bridge, located on Windham Road 3 approximately 1.0km east of Kelvin Road, requires a full replacement of the bridge structure.  

The work will include the bridge replacement with a new 2 lane structure, replacement of adjacent overflow culverts, guiderail replacement, road and asphalt restoration, and associated traffic control.

Traffic Management

In order to expedite the work in a safe environment, vehicular traffic control measures will be in effect. During the construction, Windham Road 3 from Kelvin Road to Windham East Quarter Line Road will be closed to Local Traffic Only, with a complete closure at the bridge structure.  A detour will be in place using Norfolk County Road 19 West to the south.
