Capture Norfolk photo contest celebrates local natural spaces

Norfolk County is inviting residents to showcase the natural beauty of the region through the Capture Norfolk: Nature Photo Contest. 

Open to all residents and property owners in Norfolk County, the contest encourages photographers of all skill levels to submit their best images of the County's woodlots, parks, trails, and cemeteries. The contest aims to celebrate Norfolk’s unique natural heritage, inspire outdoor exploration and highlight local talent.  

Photos will be judged in four categories: Parks, Trails, Woodlots and Cemeteries. Prizes will be awarded to the top three entries in each category. Submissions will be evaluated on creativity, composition, and how well they capture the essence of the category. 

Entries can be submitted until Friday, September 26, 2025. All entries must be submitted online and meet the technical and content guidelines outlined on the contest webpage.
